Family Assitance Program The Board of Directors' Family Support Committee is pleased to continue the Family Assistance Program (FAP). Grant funding of a maximum of $3,000 for parents of a child with MPS or related disease or an adult with MPS per 12 month period. Parents/guardians of an MPS individual or an adult with MPS who reside in the United States and are members in good standing are eligible for funds from the FAP.
